Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84.14 to $108.18 per hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch's total compensation package for employees.

Qualifications
You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering with exposure to systems requirements processes
- Experience with software development and product lifecycle management
- Experience communicating with peers and stakeholders in detailed, technical, and process-oriented fashion
- Experience providing solutions to a variety of technical problems
- Experience analyzing technical documentation
- Experience with Agile processes
- TS/SCI Clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of systems engineering experience or HS Diploma or GED and 14+ years of experience in systems engineering
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in root cause analysis and correction
- Agile Certification
