Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer orientated Site Security Representative (SSR - Physical & TEMPEST Guard) to join our team. This position will work from a government facility in Manila Philippines.
Role Summary: Manages daily security operations and personnel vetting to maintain the ICD 705 boundary and prevent unauthorized access to TS/SCI infrastructure.

Role Summary: Manages daily security operations and personnel vetting to maintain the ICD 705 boundary and prevent unauthorized access to TS/SCI infrastructure.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Enforces "Red/Black" physical separation across all PDS and IPS infrastructure to prevent cross-contamination of classified signals.
- Monitors the installation of hardened conduits and GSA-approved IPS containers to ensure they remain tamper-free.
- Maintains the chain of custody for high-security hardware, such as the Lockmasters LKM10K door systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience or a similar role in commercial or government construction.
- Proven, hands-on experience managing and successfully completing projects for cleared government or defense facilities.
- Demonstrable experience in SCIF construction and renovation, with a deep understanding of security accreditation processes.
- Experience with the installation and oversight of network technology and telecommunications infrastructure in a new construction environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally and manage projects in diverse global locations.
- Dual-Jurisdiction Building Code Mastery: Expert knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC) and major US state/federal regulations, combined with expert knowledge of the National Building Code of the Philippines (PD 1096).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications, including those related to secure facility design and network layouts.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or a relevant professional certification may be substituted for a degree.

- Must have a current/active TS/SCI
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to maintain construction security oversight in outdoor environment; walk (with personal protective equipment) to inspect and document delivery of components and assembly/construction of structure.
