SAIC is seeking a part time Program Manager to support the US Army in Fort Benning, GA.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is a 30hr a week, with flexible scheduling and is on-site at Fort Benning's Maneuver Battle Lab.
The Program Support role provides the Program Manager corporate staff coordination with Project Control, Contracts, Procurement and Sub Contracts. The responsibilities include working with Project Control to align charge codes with contract funding, tracking and reporting weekly and monthly invoiced hours, reviewing labor rates for cost estimates and issuing and updating Work Authorization Documents.

JOB DUTIES:
- The candidate will conduct staffing with Procurement for Purchase Action Requests (PARs) and has oversight of all P-card processing and reconciliations.
- Candidate will coordinate with the Program's subcontracts POC for funding and requests for surge personnel support.
- Additional responsibilities include budget tracking and reporting for the spending of Other Direct Costs (ODC), tracking of the travel budget, issuing of Visit Authorization Requests (VARs) and coordination for rental vehicle fleet support.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND CLEARANCE:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in a business related field with 15 years of experience.
- Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office suite with a high level of proficiency in Excel.
- Candidate must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Candidate must be a US Citizen.
- Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. Active clearance preferred.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in DoW contract work.
