Sr. Analytics Practitioner

Job Description:
As a Sr. Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, uncover patterns, and provide meaningful interpretations that guide organizational goals. Leveraging your expertise in data visualization in tools such as Databricks, Tableau, Power BI and MS Excel, you will create compelling visual representations of your findings and assist the client in dashboarding, ensuring that stakeholders can easily understand and act on the insights you provide.
Additionally, you will be tasked with developing detailed reports that summarize your analysis, offering clear and concise recommendations to support decision-making processes. You will also benefit from experience with statistical analysis software such as R or SPSS and database querying languages like SQL. A strong understanding of data cleaning, manipulation, and transformation processes will be essential, as will the ability to work with large datasets. Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning frameworks could further enhance your ability to identify forward-looking trends and opportunities. You should be proficient in working within and following an agile delivery environment and software development lifecycle, including user story documentation and testing.
