Your Role
- Serve as the primary behavioral health expert within the facility.
- Conduct proactive well-being rounds and risk assessments.
- Provide real-time crisis intervention and de-escalation.
- Deliver trauma-informed guidance to support emotional regulation.
- Collaborate closely with CBP, HHS ORR, NGOs, and medical staff.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field.
- Active, unrestricted license (LCSW/LICSW, LMFT, LPC, LP).
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience (child/trauma preferred).
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in high-stakes, dynamic settings.
