- You will serve as the command Security Manager directing the planning, development, and implementation of internal policy, management, administration, evaluation, and internal management control of all facets of security
- You will be responsible for strategic planning activities across the organization and applies expert knowledge in the planning, executing, specifying, evaluation, analyzing and administering of activities associated with facilities programs.
- You will serve as principle expert for all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and respond to all requests for additions, deletions, and tracing of GFE requirements as well as oversee the migration of new equipment software updates.
- You will ensure telephone ports are available within the workplace and manage the organization's SharePoint.
- You will plan, organize, finish to completion facility utilization actions, that require analyses and coordination of interrelated issues influencing the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of substantive missions of many key agencies.
- You will establish responsibilities and set expectations for project objectives, tracks project schedules, ensuring sponsor and/or customer requirements are met.
- You will manage all facets of furniture procurement, installations, space improvement and constructions standards while working with internal and external entities as required.
- You will develop comprehensive justification packages in support of the preparation of drawings, conceptual layouts, and specifications for construction, alteration and renovation projects within the organization.
- You will identify security weaknesses and deficiencies, providing appropriate corrective action and recommendations to senior leaders as required.
- You will identify, acquire, and implement new capabilities required to support the organization's security posture.

- Experience conducting surveys building and facility areas to initiate work requests to proper sources and coordinates installation needs;
- Experience managing the migration of new equipment and software updates, and serving as principal expert for all furnished equipment;
GS15: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience in managing personnel, physical, and IT-related security programs providing expertise in implementing, interpreting and reviewing directives ensuring uniformity in policies for various programs within an organization;
- Experience negotiating in all areas of responsibility of security and facilities programs, and at the highest level recommend solutions to varied and complex problems;
- Experience directing the planning, development, and implementation of internal policy, management and internal control of all facets of security to include personnel, physical access, communications, and special access programs;
- Experience briefing senior executives relating to security, facilities and IT-related matters, providing updates as nature of requirements is in constant change;
