Job Description
Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a Training Analyst to support mission‑critical government clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a high‑performing team, engage with a broad range of stakeholders, and play a key role in expanding CGS's ServiceNow capabilities while continuing to grow their technical and consulting expertise.
Training Analyst will be responsible for the data‑driven optimization of the organization's learning and development programs. This role operates at the intersection of Human Resources, Data Analytics, and Instructional Design, identifying skills gaps and evaluating the measurable impact of training initiatives on business performance, employee retention, and technical proficiency.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
Training Analyst will be responsible for the data‑driven optimization of the organization's learning and development programs. This role operates at the intersection of Human Resources, Data Analytics, and Instructional Design, identifying skills gaps and evaluating the measurable impact of training initiatives on business performance, employee retention, and technical proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by surveying employees, analyzing performance data, and interviewing department heads to identify critical skill gaps.
- Assess the effectiveness of existing training modules (e-learning, instructor-led, and blended) using the Kirkpatrick Model of evaluation.
- Create and maintain automated dashboards to track key metrics such as completion rates, assessment scores, and "Time to Proficiency."
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of training experience in corporate training
- High School Diploma
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and data visualization tools.
- Ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, narrative format.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
