Configuration Management Specialist (Mid)

Roughly 4+ years of experience providing Configuration Management support for a DoW customer
DISA or telecommunications experience is a bonus, but not required
Heavy Travel is required for this role.

• Update entries in the DISN configuration management database (MSS/NCCM-R).
• Update configuration management database to capture events (adding and removal of equipment, configuration, and reservation of ports, etc.)
• Create discrepancy reports between database records and live equipment
• Update the database to correct identified discrepancies
• Develop and update a configuration management plan
• Develop and maintain a system baseline control document
• Develop and maintain site-specific system baseline control documents
• Develop and maintain the Major Equipment List
• Conduct Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) & Develop PCA Reports
• Responsible in the development of:
o Configuration Management Plan
o Discrepancy Reports
o Baseline Control Documents
o Major Equipment Lists
o Management databases and documentation
o Government Briefings and materials, white paper, point papers / memorandums, meeting minutes, flowcharts, after action reports, SOPs, CONOPS
