THE WORK

During this event, you will:

Learn how Lockheed Martin develops and delivers F-35 training and simulation systems

Hear directly from engineering leaders about systems engineering, integration, and simulation roles

Explore how we integrate software, hardware, and immersive environments to deliver high-fidelity training solutions.

Connect with recruiters to discuss current and upcoming opportunities in the Orlando area

We are primarily seeking Systems Engineers, along with talent across software, hardware, and mechanical disciplines.

WHO YOU ARE

You are an engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of systems, software, and hardware. You are comfortable in complex environments where integration, testing, and real-time performance matter.

You are curious, technically grounded, and motivated by building systems that directly impact mission readiness. You thrive in collaborative, agile environments and enjoy solving challenging technical problems.

ROLE-SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE (VARIES BY DISCIPLINE)

Systems / Hardware (Primary Need)

Experience in integration and test of complex systems
Experience with Linux (RHEL) environments
Experience with PowerShell scripting
Familiarity with virtualization architectures
Experience with engineering tools such as CAMEO, Zuken E3, or CREO
Exposure to Unreal Engine or simulation environments

Software Engineering

Experience with Java, C++, or C#
Experience working in Linux environments
Experience with Git, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines

Mechanical Engineering

Experience with mechanical design and analysis
Experience with SolidWorks or CREO
Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience

Experience working in an Agile development environment
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
