Description:Role Overview
As a Systems Integration & Test Engineer, you will support the Long Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW) program by planning and executing the integration and testing of hardware systems.
You'll play a key role in ensuring systems are built, tested, and validated correctly-both on the production floor and at launch sites.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
• Provide technical oversight for hardware assembly, integration, and testing
• Plan and support production floor and launch site operations
• Develop and execute test scripts, procedures, and documentation
• Lead and support teams during integration and test activities
• Present program status and technical results to leadership and customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Support program reviews and ensure alignment with customer requirements
• Analyze test results and contribute to system validation and reporting
Work Environment
• Onsite role based in Huntsville, Alabama, with work across multiple facilities
• Fast-paced, hands-on engineering environment supporting production and launch activities
• Regular collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams
• Involves both planning work and active floor/field support

Basic Qualifications:
Candidates must meet all of the following:
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
• Hands-on experience with hardware assembly, integration, and testing
• Experience creating technical documentation, including test plans and presentations
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to leadership and customers
• Comfortable participating in and presenting during program reviews
• Ability to work onsite across facilities in Huntsville, Alabama
Desired Skills:

Education & Certifications
• Certified Test Conductor or Certified Principal Engineer
Domain Experience
• Experience with missile defense systems integration and checkout
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency or U.S. Army programs
• Experience developing detailed hardware tests
• Background in Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations (ATLO) environments
Technical Skills
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
• Experience supporting Failure Review Boards or Change Control Boards
• Familiarity with tools such as SAP, EPDM, VECAMS, JIRA, or similar systems
Leadership & Collaboration
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams or projects
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years
