Description:Role Overview
As a Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will help bring complex hardware systems to life. You'll plan and execute integration and testing activities that support the THAAD Ground program-delivering critical capabilities for defense missions. Your work will span development through production, ensuring systems perform reliably when it matters most.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
• Provide technical oversight for hardware assembly, integration, and testing
• Lead and support teams executing integration and test activities
• Develop and review technical documents, test plans, and presentations
• Present program status and technical results to leadership and customers
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Support program reviews and ensure alignment with customer requirements

• Onsite role based in Huntsville, Alabama, across multiple facilities
• Collaborative, team-oriented environment with engineers and program stakeholders
• Fast-paced, mission-driven work supporting complex defense systems

Basic Qualifications:
Candidates must meet all requirements listed:
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
• Hands-on experience with hardware assembly, integration, and testing
• Strong attention to detail, including creating technical documents, test plans, and presentations
• Clear communication skills, including presenting technical information to leadership and customers
• Comfortable participating in and presenting during program reviews
• Ability to work onsite across multiple facilities in Huntsville, Alabama
Desired Skills:

Certifications & Experience
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
• Certified Test Conductor or Certified Principal Engineer
Experience with missile defense system hardware integration and checkout
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency programs
• Experience developing detailed hardware tests and procedures
• Experience working in Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations (ATLO) environments
Technical Skills & Tools
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and specifications
• Experience supporting Failure Review Boards or Change Control Boards
• Familiarity with tools such as SAP, EPDM, VECAMS, JIRA, or similar systems
Leadership & Collaboration
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams or projects
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years
