Overview
Abacus Technology is seeking an Acquisition Program Manager to provide acquisition and advisory services in support of the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
15+ years experience including at least 10 years in acquisition program management for DoD programs. Master's degree in a related field. Able to apply knowledge of and expertise with acquisition management, program management, budget/finance principles and methodologies, modernization planning, and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Executing (PPBE) process. Must have strong communication skills. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance.
Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

- Investigate, analyze, plan, evaluate, draft and/or recommend solutions for project/program efforts.
- Provide expert level issue resolution and recommendation support to achieve desired program outcomes.
- Apply broad knowledge of organizational missions and programs, such as acquisition management and modernization planning.
- Review initial and revised acquisition documents and provide the enterprise level perspective to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Provide comments on acquisition documentation that add value from an enterprise perspective and facilitate an integrated, system-of-systems approach across the division.
