DADMS ANALYST (RDTE)
Bowhead is seeking a DADMS Analyst in Dahlgren, VA. The DADMS Analyst will maintain the Department of the Navy Application & Database Management System (DADMS) database with respect to applications in use at NSWCDD; this includes existing and future applications, both unclassified and classified.

DADMS ANALYST (RDTE)
Bowhead is seeking a DADMS Analyst in Dahlgren, VA. The DADMS Analyst will maintain the Department of the Navy Application & Database Management System (DADMS) database with respect to applications in use at NSWCDD; this includes existing and future applications, both unclassified and classified.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the following databases in the verification process: NMCI Electronic Tool (NET), ISF Tools and DADMS.
- Coordinate with the various department application POCs and management, and the Functional Area Managers to facilitate the DADMS application rationalization and reduction process.
- Maintain the Dahlgren Applications database, a local application tracking database, of applications that are in use at NSWCDD.
- Provide mitigation, in coordination with department application POCs, for applications that are disapproved yet are still required for use at NSWCDD. This includes providing the documentation as to the functionality and business process the application supports to clarify the requirement for the application at NSWCDD.
- Provide monthly status reports of all tasks in relationship to the Statement of Work.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two to five (2-5) years of professional experience in a related field
- Knowledge of NMCI policies, procedures, terminology, operations, and Enterprise Processes is desired
- Must possess the ability to multi-task and teach or assist others with NMCI related issues
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
- IAT II Certification (Security+) required within six (6) months of starting this position
- May allow some telework
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
