Job Summary

B&A is seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Owner to drive the successful delivery of technical solutions by bridging business objectives and technical execution. This role is responsible for overseeing implementation efforts, ensuring alignment between stakeholder requirements and technical teams, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of technical solutions, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business analysts
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
  • Oversee system integration, configuration, and deployment activities
  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement of implemented solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and decision-making support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and knowledge transfer activities

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in technical implementation, systems integration, or a related role

Required Skills
  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and implementation methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Desired Skills
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery frameworks
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, enterprise systems, or integration tools
  • Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, or technical certifications) are a plus

Security Clearance
  • US citizenship is required and the ability to obtain a CBP security clearance.
