Job Description

MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA) is looking for a customer-focused, solutions-driven Call Center Representative to support facility maintenance operations for the United States Postal Service (USPS).

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for internal USPS Facilities teams across the country, helping keep critical infrastructure running smoothly. If you enjoy problem-solving, fast-paced environments, and making an impact on national operations-this is a great opportunity to step into a meaningful role.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a key contact for USPS Facilities nationwide, handling incoming calls related to building maintenance and repair issues
  • Log, track, and manage service requests using web-based systems (Genesys IWS)
  • Troubleshoot issues, research solutions, and ensure timely resolution
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Support customer retention by resolving concerns quickly and professionally
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment


What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in call center operations, customer support, or facilities-related IT support
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle calls from diverse teams across multiple locations nationwide
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve under pressure
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and web-based systems
  • Self-starter with sound judgment and a proactive mindset
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules


Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required


Additional Requirements

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must be eligible for a Public Trust clearance
