SOS International LLC is seeking a highly qualified Social Science Statistical Analyst to lead and conduct evaluations of the Operational Information Environment (OIE), with a primary focus on Psychological Operations (PSYOP) operational impact assessments. This role supports mission-critical analysis by applying advanced statistical and behavioral science methodologies to assess the effectiveness of influence activities and inform decision-making for senior leaders and operational planners.

Duties
- Lead and conduct evaluations of OIE, primarily PSYOP operational impact assessments.
- Perform statistical analysis on routinely collected assessment data to evaluate operational impact.
- Refine inputs for reporting and test applications for operational utility.
- Create training materials to support subordinate units' assessments.
- Offer insights to refine analytical models over time.
Expanded / customer-aligned responsibilities
- Design and implement quantitative and mixed-methods research approaches to assess influence effectiveness and behavioral outcomes within the OIE.
- Develop, validate, and refine multivariate statistical models to measure campaign performance, audience response, and operational impact.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (survey data, operational reporting, open-source/social media, and intelligence reporting) to support comprehensive assessments.
- Translate complex analytical results into clear, decision-ready products for senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support development and continuous improvement of assessment frameworks, measures of effectiveness (MOEs), and measures of performance (MOPs).
- Evaluate and test analytic tools, models, and applications for operational utility and scalability.
- Collaborate with planners, intelligence analysts, and information operations professionals to align analysis with campaign objectives and operational priorities.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to subordinate units on assessment methodologies, data collection, and analysis techniques.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess a Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) at the time of proposal submission and maintain the clearance level required to access the facility.
- Hold a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Behavioral Science (Psychology, Anthropology, or related field).
- Have a minimum of five (5) years' experience (within the last seven years) in social science or market research methodology, including data cleaning, processing, management, and statistical analysis.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years' experience (within the last seven years) developing multivariate models and conducting statistical analysis.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years' experience using statistical analysis software applications.
- Experience with tradecraft and publication, including the ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reports.
- Demonstrated experience applying statistical analysis to real-world operational or mission-focused problems.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as R, Python, SAS, SPSS, or STATA for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with data visualization and communicating analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in classified environments and handle sensitive data in accordance with security requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting information operations (IO), PSYOP, strategic communications, or influence campaigns.
- Familiarity with Operational Information Environment (OIE) frameworks, including audience analysis and behavioral assessment.
- Experience developing and applying measures of effectiveness (MOEs) and measures of performance (MOPs) in operational contexts.
- Experience integrating open-source intelligence (OSINT), social media analytics, and behavioral data into analytic models.
- Knowledge of USSOCOM, Joint Staff, or Combatant Command assessment processes and reporting structures.
- Experience working in deployed or forward environments supporting operational missions.
- Experience supporting training development and delivery for analytical methodologies.
- Publication record or demonstrated experience producing peer-reviewed or mission-relevant analytical reports.

Work Environment
- Normal office conditions.
- The primary performance location for this contract will be MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida.
- The Government reserves the right to require contract performance at alternate locations, as dictated by mission requirements; these locations may be subject to change.
- Occasional travel may be required in support of operational assessments or training activities.
