Financial Analyst

Precise Systems is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our customer in Crane, Indiana. This position provides program financial analysis, budget tracking, reporting, and decision-support to help leadership manage cost, schedule, and execution across customer programs.

This role requires in-person support.

Duties:

• Analyze program requirements, funding, budgets, schedules, and execution status.
• Develop financial reports, briefings, and decision-support products for customer leadership.
• Support budget planning, execution tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collect, organize, validate, and interpret financial and program data related to acquisition and product support efforts.
• Maintain accurate records and apply government processes for documentation, change control, and data management.
• Support travel planning, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting for government personnel.
• Coordinate with program managers and other stakeholders to provide timely status and financial visibility.

Desired Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.

Desired Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost analysis, program control, or operations research.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other data/reporting tools.
• Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs.
• Experience with acquisition or product support environments.
• Experience preparing customer briefings, budget reports, and management analyses.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
