RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting an End-Use Monitoring (EUM) Specialist in Port-au Prince, Haiti. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct field inspections of U.S.-funded equipment in locations throughout Haiti.
- Verify the presence, condition, and appropriate use of assets in accordance with EUM policies.
- Collect and maintain detailed inspection records, including serial numbers, barcodes, photos, and documentation.
- Support in-person, virtual, and secondary monitoring activities across remote, rural, and high-threat areas.
- Identify potential compliance issues and report any suspected misuse, loss, or discrepancies.
- Assist with property transfers, physical counts, and asset tagging for new equipment.
- Travel extensively throughout Haiti to conduct monitoring missions, following strict security protocols.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Familiarity with EUM procedures, defense articles, or asset accountability systems.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in export compliance, defense logistics, property/asset accountability, supply chain management, or monitoring and evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct field inspections in challenging or high‑risk environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and independent operational skills.
- Fluency in Haitian Creole required.
- U.S. Citizen or Foreign National; U.S. Citizens must be able to obtain MRPT clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and compliance tracking systems.
- Ability to travel without restriction throughout Haiti.
- Ability to drive armored vehicles.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Port‑au‑Prince, Haiti.
- Ability to respectfully interact with Americans, Haitian nationals, and Haitian government officials.
