What You Will Do
You will support cloud infrastructure and operations by:
- Managing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Designing, deploying, and supporting scalable and secure cloud infrastructure and services
- Provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud resources to ensure availability and performance
- Implementing Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
- Supporting containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration tools
- Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for optimization and cost efficiency
- Applying cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, network security, and access controls
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support cloud-based applications and services
- Resolving issues and maintaining system reliability in a complex enterprise environment
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6 or more years of relevant experience in cloud administration or related roles
- Strong understanding of public cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of cloud security practices, including IAM, encryption, VPNs, firewalls, and security tools
- Solid understanding of networking concepts including VPCs, subnets, DNS, load balancers, and security groups
- Ability to script in languages such as Python, Bash, Visual Basic, or PowerShell
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator Associate, or Google Professional Cloud Architect
- Experience with cloud monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Datadog
- Experience with cost optimization strategies in cloud environments
- Advanced experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code implementation
