Support mission-critical cybersecurity training operations for the United States Space Force by preparing teams to operate effectively in high-responsibility environments.

The expected salary range for this position is $125,000 to $140,000. Compensation is determined based on experience, technical expertise, certifications, clearance level, and alignment to mission requirements and work location. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent certifications and experience required
- 3 or more years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on training or course development required

What You Will Do
You will support cybersecurity training and development by:
- Designing and developing training objectives, course materials, and instructional content
- Creating curricula, instructor guides, student guides, job aids, and course outlines
- Consulting with stakeholders to define learning objectives and training strategies
- Developing and customizing content for instructor-led, web-based, and computer-based training environments
- Applying instructional design models and learning strategies to improve knowledge transfer and performance
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and impactful
- Delivering and instructing courseware to learners in classroom and training environments
- Continuously refining training materials to align with evolving cybersecurity practices and mission needs
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent certifications and experience
- 3 or more years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on training or course development
- Experience working with SIEM, IDS, or IPS tools such as Elastic Stack, Splunk, or HBSS
- 2 or more years of experience with Windows and Linux command line, networking, and traffic analysis
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Experience working within a cybersecurity team such as a SOC, CPT, or CSSP
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CEH, Security+, PenTest+, Cloud+, or GIAC certifications
- Experience developing and delivering advanced cybersecurity training programs
- Familiarity with DoD or government cybersecurity training frameworks and courses
