Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Windows Systems Administrator for a Department of Defense program at Hanscom AFB, supporting the US Air Force. This position will be fully on site and will require the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
ELIGIBILITY FOR SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
· Maintain Windows systems including Active Directory, IIS, and SQL Server databases
· Configure security interfaces between various systems
· Perform automation and coding in VBScript, C#, and/or Python
· Scripting in SQL/T-SQL
· Perform backups, security patching, STIG
· Troubleshoot system performance issues and perform optimization
Requirements:
· Eligibility for Secret clearance required.
· Security+ or equivalent/higher level certification required
· Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience
· Experience performing Windows systems administration including Active Directory
· Experience with scripting languages including VBScript, PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL
· Understanding of Windows patching and vulnerability remediation
· Basic understanding of large-scale networking, VLANs, VPNs, routing, etc.
Compensation:
· $120,000 - $140,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
