Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a Systems Integration and Engineering Support to join our team! In this role you will be part of Parsons' Federal Solutions team to support the Government Program Office within Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) Command & Control, Battle Management, and Communication (C2BMC). In this role, you will work on a small team in a dynamic environment executing a critical mission in which every team member is directly responsible for the success of program efforts. This position will support the Multi-Domain C2 program to expand capability for both Missile Defense and Space Mission Partners.

Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to the start date.

Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $196,400.00

Job Description:

What you will be doing:
- Supports the Program Manager
- Support the C2BMC-G operational concept (OpsCon) authoring, maintenance, and coordination with MDA and external stakeholders
- Support the authoring, approval and maintenance of C2BMC-G mission threads
- Support the mapping of mission threads to requirements, identifying gaps, discrepancies or enhancements needed to close on the mission thread
- Support the review and coordination of requirements levied on C2BMC-G from the enterprise and requirements being coordinated with the enterprise for approval
- Support the prime contractor decomposition of requirements ensuring accuracy, completeness, and clear trace back to USG requirement and mission thread
- Support Systems Engineering meetings ensuring program office objectives are prioritized and achieved
- Support architecture and design technical interchange meetings and reviews.
- Ensure the system meets the needs of the program, users, and partners.
- Support the review of verification plans and results to ensure requirements are verifiable.
- Ensure test methods provide sufficient evidence for verification.
- Support the development of the program's test and assessment strategy, including mission thread and validation testing.
- Ensure element specifications and interface requirements are coordinated with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive capability concept creation and approval
- Support interface definition efforts both internal to C2BMC and with external partners
- Identify issues within systems integration and engineering to program management along with recommended remediation actions
- Support system technical and design reviews, defining inputs and content, reviewing objective evidence, and coordinating stakeholder reviews as directed by the Design Review Lead
- Support tracking and reporting of systems integration and engineering progress against program objectives to the program manager
- Support development of performance metrics ensuring clear and meaningful ties into mission objectives
- Support system validation efforts, confirming the system is capable of meeting end to end thread definitions
- Support the Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) Global (C2BMC-G) Program Management team as directed
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Active TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility
- BS degree and 10 yrs+ experience in related technical position;
a Masters degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of the Missile Defense System (MDS)
- Familiarity with Space Programs, USSPACEOM and Space Force
- Self-starter, thrive in a dynamic environment, and work well with other team members, members of the Senior Executive Service and senior military officers
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Experience working on classified and special access programs
- 10+ years of relevant DoD, MDA and/or Industry work experience with SAP and/or SCI
