Description:WHAT WE'RE DOING
The candidate will perform the unit level test, element integration and test, and support system level testing of COTS or custom computing hardware and real-time embedded signal processing firmware/software applications, including engineering/technical evaluations, equipment functional checks, and troubleshooting, test, and analysis.
THE WORK
This engineer will work with domain experts and military documentation to develop test software requirements, procedures, code and execute the tests.
WHO YOU ARE
The candidate must have excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at both programmatic and technical levels with subordinates, peers, senior management levels and the customer.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent Technical Degree
- Minimum of 2 year of professional level experience.
- Experience in testing systems for functional and performance requirements.
- Experience in testing digital signal processing hardware and real-time software applications.
- Experience with Linux and/or Unix operating systems.
- Candidate must be able to obtain & maintain a security clearance at the SECRET level.
Desired Skills:
-Prior DEFENSE or Aerospace industry experience.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret
