Description:We want you to support the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Program by joining the Boost Controls team as a Project Engineering Aide Sr.
In this role you will do the following: generate documentation, reports, flow charts, block diagrams, schedules, and schematics; attend daily and weekly team meetings to discuss technical, schedule and operations issues, etc. Weekly status chart package and reporting to programs/management, review technical documents to identify and resolve discrepancies; coordinate/faciliate technical exchange meetings, develop presentation material, and handle peer reviews.
The Successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of the following: ability to tackle detailed technical assignments often requiring learning or developing planning and integration skills; proficiency in project planning and product life cycle management; performing design assessments and developing data driven solutions
The Successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of the following:
• Basic understanding of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) principles as well as the ability to interpret, generate, and present technical material and problem solve • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail to create high-quality work products
• Ability to effectively engage, communicate, and interact with technical engineers, upper management, and programs customers
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. This position will require a government security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Associate degree in a STEM field, related work experience and/or technical training. Completed coursework towards a related degree may be considered.

a) Customer focused approach with strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with internal/external partners

c) Strong communicator/Pubic speaking/presentation experience with Senior Leaders and Government Stakeholders
d) Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize tasks effectively e) Experience using project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint, Tableau etc.)
e) Basic understanding of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) principles as well as the ability to interpret, generate, and present technical material and problem solve
f) Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail to create high-quality work products.
g) Ability to effectively engage, communicate, and interact with technical engineers, upper management, and programs customers
h) Good presentation skills; must be able to present clearly and concisely on a weekly basis to management and customers.
i) Able to work independently within a team and handle multiple priorities and internal customers.
j) Ability to tackle detailed technical assignments often requiring learning or developing planning and integration skills.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $51,000 - $89,930. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
