Overview
We are looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst to support business process improvement initiatives and ERP system enhancements. This role involves analyzing workflows, gathering requirements, and ensuring ERP solutions align with organizational goals.
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 4-7 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
• Experience with ERP systems and business workflows

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support ERP system implementation, enhancement, and maintenance
• Develop process maps and workflow documentation
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports and dashboards
• Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
• Ensure data integrity and system efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt/Green Belt), or similar certification
• Strong experience in process optimization and change management
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
