- Support program planning and execution with a focus on cost, schedule, and performance
- Attend meetings and reviews to track progress and identify potential risks or issues
- Collect, analyze, and report on program data, including budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
- Coordinate information flow between stakeholders and ensure timely communication of updates and requirements
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, or inconsistencies to leadership
- Provide input on resource needs and level of effort required to support program activities
- Support coordination and participation in meetings, conferences, and working groups
- Prepare, review, and coordinate documentation, reports, and briefings for leadership
- Assist in responding to inquiries by gathering and organizing accurate and relevant information
- Track program activities and consolidate data into reports and information packages
- Support budget planning activities, including preparation of funding requirements and analysis of estimates
- Assist in monitoring program performance to ensure alignment with plans and objectives
- Analyze trends, policies, and external factors that may impact programs and provide recommendations
- Support strategic planning efforts, including development of goals, objectives, and long-term plans
- Assist in coordination with internal teams and external partners to support program objectives
- Provide recommendations to improve program execution, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Support development and delivery of presentations, briefings, and communication materials
- Assist in planning and execution of program reviews and milestone activities
- Track action items and support follow-up to ensure timely resolution
- Conduct research, analysis, and special studies to support leadership decision-making
- Support organizational initiatives, process improvements, and performance tracking efforts
- Assist with preparation of reports, summaries, and communications for internal and external audiences
- Provide general program and strategic support as needed
Position Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Must possess an active SECRET clearance or above
- Must be able to pass Agency background check
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience or advanced degree/ certificate
