Property Technician VI (5689)

Kiliuda Consulting, LLC a federal contracting leader is looking for a Property Technician to join our team in Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities:

• Plans and executes the process of decaling new accountable and non-accountable property.
  
• Ensures that all property transactions are accurately entered into the Property Management Information System (PMIS) and substantiating documents are created and maintained.
  
• Reviews PMIS and other databases to research missing items, misclassified documents, inappropriate entries. and takes corrective action.
  
• Creates periodic reports that cover procurement, acquisition, utilization, value, and disposition of government property.
  

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
  
• Associates degree in a related field. Two years of specialized experience plus a High School Diploma is equivalent to an Associates degree
  
• Minimum of two years experience in a related field
  
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
