Budget Analyst (5683)

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Budget Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, and program cost management activities in Orlando, Florida

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing financial plans, budgets, and cost estimates for programs and projects
• Support preparation of cost estimates, projections, and rough order of magnitude analyses
• Track and manage financial documentation, agreements, and approval processes
• Monitor budget execution, spending plans, and financial performance across programs
• Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking funding, obligations, and expenditures
• Reconcile financial data and identify discrepancies or areas requiring attention
• Support development and maintenance of program budgets and financial forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support cost-effective decision-making
• Review contracts, financial systems, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on financial status and funding requirements
• Assist with estimating costs for ongoing and future program activities
• Support workforce and resource planning through financial analysis and projections
• Track and analyze planned versus actual expenditures and resource utilization
• Identify potential financial risks and provide recommendations to leadership
• Support audits by maintaining accurate documentation and financial records

Position Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required
  
• Must possess an active SECRET clearance or above
  
• Must be able to pass Agency background check
  
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  
• 7+ years of experience or advanced degree/ certificate
