We are seeking a Clinical Care Ancillary Product Group Manager to lead execution, sustainment, and product health across Ancillary capabilities within the Clinical Care product line supporting MHS GENESIS.
This role operates in a post-deployment enterprise environment, focused on system performance, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement. You will drive execution and accountability across government, vendor, and platform teams-ensuring products remain stable, aligned to DHA priorities, and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will drive execution and accountability across government, vendor, and platform teams-ensuring products remain stable, aligned to DHA priorities, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Execution & Health Management
- Own execution and overall health of Ancillary products
- Monitor:
- System performance
- Stability, incidents, and defects
- Configuration and end-user impact
- Drive sustainment activities and product enhancements aligned to DHA priorities
- Ensure operational readiness, adoption, and performance of capabilities
- Lead Product Managers and supporting teams within the product group
- Coordinate execution across:
- Vendor teams
- Platform teams
- DHA stakeholders
- Track status, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across all workstreams
- Drive accountability for execution, delivery, and outcomes
- Lead effectively in a matrixed environment without direct authority
- Serve as a primary liaison across:
- Product Line Leadership
- DHMSM Program Leadership
- DHA clinical and technical stakeholders
- Align priorities, resolve issues, and maintain execution progress
- Escalate risks and delays as needed
- Prepare executive briefings, status reports, and leadership readouts
- Participate in governance forums (PMO, product reviews, leadership syncs)
- Communicate metrics, risks, and recommendations to leadership
- Develop SOPs, workflows, and execution frameworks
- Standardize practices across teams to improve consistency and delivery
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies
- Identify execution risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate resolution across teams
- Ensure consistent execution quality across stakeholders
- 10+ years of experience in:
- Product execution
- Program delivery
- System sustainment in enterprise or federal environments
- Experience managing:
- Product health
- Incident and defect tracking
- Multi-team delivery environments
- Experience with large-scale enterprise systems and complex dependencies
- Strong stakeholder management across:
- Government
- Clinical
- Technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in:
- Healthcare Administration
- Health Informatics
- Business / Information Systems
- Or related field
- Experience supporting:
- EHR systems / MHS GENESIS
- DHA or DoD healthcare programs
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Jira
- ServiceNow
- Dashboarding / execution tracking systems
- Experience in post-deployment environments focused on sustainment and optimization
- Strong execution management across multiple workstreams
- Ability to drive accountability without direct authority
- Deep stakeholder management across complex environments
- Data-driven decision making (incidents, defects, performance metrics)
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
