General Function: .
  • Provide advisory support for acquisition management, program planning, and integration across aircraft R&D, production, life‑cycle acquisition, and sustainment, including financial and contract management, budget analysis, protocol, and DFAS interactions.
  • Coordinate with AFLCMC/WII team members to identify issues, recommend response alternatives, and produce timely, fully staffed draft documentation.
  • Support planning, development, and staffing of mid‑level briefings, correspondence, reports, databases, websites, and other program products.
  • Review AFLCMC/WII processes and procedures and recommend process improvements for Government consideration.
  • Assist in reviewing ACAT reporting requirements and help locate, collate, or generate required data, including recommending improvements to reporting processes.
  • Provide advisory input for planning, organizing, and facilitating meetings, including teleconferences and video conferences.
  • Develop and coordinate acquisition management and program planning correspondence, securing leadership approval prior to distribution.
  • Support financial and acquisition management functions, including tracking contracts, invoices, and contract modifications.
  • Review, monitor, and advise on documentation of cost, schedule, and performance for assigned contractor activities.
  • Translate requirements into recommended contract documents such as PBSOWs and CDRLs, and advise n applicable FAR/DFARS clauses.
  • Provide advisory support for developing risk mitigation strategies and related documentation.
  • Apply subject‑matter expertise across logistics, maintenance, supply, financial management, security, information management, and contracting to analyze, design, and evaluate program solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of configuration control, developmental/operational testing, force development evaluation, depot sustainment requirements, and requirements documentation for RPAs or similar systems.
  • Analyze operational capability requirements and determine technical solutions addressing aircraft supportability, certification, equipment readiness, and contractor‑generated technical data.
  • Coordinate with DCMA, QA, and warfighters to support DD250s, acceptance test procedures, and aircraft delivery.
  • Provide advisory and documentation support for analyzing MQ‑9 UAS technical solutions and preparing materials for senior‑level briefings and budget justification.
  • Support development of SOWs, program plans, acquisition management plans, and Program Protection Plans, including participation in fact‑finding and providing recommendations.
  • Assist in identifying performance standards and documenting acquisition and sustainment processes for MQ‑9 or similar systems.
  • Support development and maintenance of databases used to store, retrieve, and track key program metrics and other required program data.
  • Assist with CLS efforts, depot transition planning, business case analyses, sustainment requirements, long‑range planning, and documentation of cost, schedule, and performance for MQ‑9 system upgrades, maintenance, and integration activities.

Qualifications:

Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills:
  • Advanced Degree (Master of Arts (MA) / Master of Science (MS) and twelve years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five years of which must be in the DoD.
  • OR, BA/BS degree, and fifteen years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD.
  • Must possess and maintain a government security clearance at the Secret level.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs (including Excel, Word, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project).
  • Must be able to perform all functional duties independently.
  • Must be able to transport self to various facility sites, as required. If using own motor vehicle, must possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
