Overview
Nakupuna Federal is seeking an Executive Operations Support Analyst to provide direct support to the Government Leadership, including the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager within PEO C4I's Ship Integration Program Office (PMW 760). This role enables effective Front Office operations by coordinating leadership schedules, preparing materials, and aligning daily activities with program priorities. The analyst supports leadership decision-making and engagement by ensuring information flow, meeting execution, and administrative processes are timely, accurate, and aligned with the delivery of integrated C4I capabilities to the Fleet.

- Manage and coordinate leadership calendars to align with priorities and commitments.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and recommend adjustments to maintain efficiency.
- Coordinate high-visibility meetings, engagements, and leadership events.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials, read-aheads, and supporting documentation.
- Track meeting outcomes and coordinate with Action Officer to ensure alignment with tasking and follow-up actions.
- Support routing and prioritization of correspondence and information to leadership.
- Maintain awareness of leadership priorities, engagements, and emerging issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective engagement preparation.
- Support travel planning and coordination in accordance with Government processes.
- Maintain organized records of schedules, correspondence, and supporting materials
- Identify inefficiencies in executive support processes and recommend improvements.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years supporting senior Government, military, or corporate leadership.
- Experience supporting high-tempo executive environments with competing priorities.
- Experience supporting DoD or NAVWAR organizations preferred.
- Prior military experience is highly valued, particularly in roles supporting senior leadership or command staff, such as:
- Flag Aide or Executive Assistant to senior officers
- Command Administrative Officer or Leading Yeoman
- Operations Specialist, Intelligence Specialist, or other roles involving coordination, briefing preparation, and operational support.
- Staff roles within Carrier Strike Group, DESRON, TYCOM, or Program Office environments.
- Experience coordinating scehdules, meetings, and communciations in operational or command environments is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Navy C4I systems, surface ship operations, and Fleet-level readiness is desired and may strengthen candidate competitiveness.
Certification:
- No specific certification required.
- Relevant certifications or training that may strengthen candidacy include:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
- DoD or Navy administrative, personnel, or staff training programs.
- Military leadership school or command-level training (e.g., Senior Enlisted Academy, Officer Department Head School, or equivalent).
Clearance Requirements: Active Secret clearance required or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
