Responsibilities
- Analyze contractor performance using IPMR/IPMDAR data to assess cost, schedule, and risk
- Provide actionable insights to Government Program Managers to support decision-making
- Support and lead Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
- Collaborate with government and contractor teams on program execution and performance tracking
- Evaluate Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) data and identify program risks/opportunities
- Contribute to cost estimates and predictive analysis based on EVM performance
- Develop and deliver briefings, reports, and program documentation
- Mentor and advise government personnel on EVM best practices and implementation
- Salary: $85,000-$120,000/year depending on experience and qualifications
Skills Required
- 3+ years of EVM / Program Control experience, preferably within DoD
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with EVM tools and deep understanding of EVM principles and standards
- Experience with:
- Performance, compliance, and predictability analysis
- Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
- Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Working knowledge of cost estimating and systems engineering principles
- Additionally, applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance
Education
