The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Business Services Senior Manager to join the Enterprise Classified Security Operations Support team in El Segundo, CA; Arlington, VA; Berkeley, MO; Colorado Springs, CO; Huntsville, AL; Layton, UT; Mesa, AZ; Oklahoma City, OK; Richardson, TX; San Antonio, TX; or Tukwila, WA.
This manager-of-managers position is responsible for overseeing the Business Services functions that drive enterprise readiness for classified security operations through strategic planning, workforce management, finance, project management, and by providing leadership with meaningful data and analytics to enable risk-based decisions.

Position Responsibilities:
- Champion the Boeing Values and Behaviors
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for Business Services supporting Enterprise Classified Security operations, ensuring alignment of staffing, budgets, and projects to mission priorities
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for the implementation of information security protections mandated by the NISP
- Lead workforce planning and talent development for Enterprise Classified Security operations teams to maintain a resilient, scalable, and mission-focused foundation
- Oversee financial planning, budget formulation and execution, and cost optimization for classified security products and services
- Provide governance for projects and portfolio management to deliver services on schedule and within budget
- Deliver actionable analytics, dashboards, and metrics to support senior leadership risk-informed decision making
- Innovate and adopt evolving technologies and business practices to adapt to emerging security threats and operational needs
- Engage with senior leaders across the Enterprise Classified Security organization and with Boeing internal and external stakeholders
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years of experience in a management role with both people and business unit leadership responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF), cybersecurity policies, and RMF implementation (e.g., DAAG, CNSSI 1253, ICD-503, JSIG, or NIST SP 800 series)
- 10+ years of experience with workforce planning, staffing, recruitment, and people management
- 10+ years of experience in portfolio and/or financial management
- 10+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
- 10+ years of experience building a team and developing employees
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience in an operations/business services role within a classified or defense organization
- Experience in developing and managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including experience briefing senior leadership officials
- Experience implementing or improving data analytics platforms, KPI frameworks, and executive dashboards to drive performance and decision making
- Experience managing budgets and financial reporting in large, complex organizations
