You will be the Global Supply Chain Business Operations Sr. Manager for the Global Supply Chain Finance team. Our team is responsible for shaping supply-chain affordability strategy, driving transformation, building cost-management capabilities, and delivering transparent supply-chain forecasts.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Global Supply Chain Business Operations Sr. Manager you will be responsible for leading the MFC Global Supply Chain Finance organization and delivering data-driven financial insight to the Vice President of Global Supply Chain.

Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated full-spectrum leadership competencies, including strategic vision, talent development, and results-driven execution
• Supply Chain finance, cost management and/or estimating expertise
• Experience developing and managing budgets, cost, and schedules; earned value management system
• Experience presenting to multiple levels of executives
• Experience driving transformation / process improvements
• Experience working in SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge/experience with MFC systems and processes
• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin finance policies, internal controls, and enterprise toolsets
• Strong background in U.S. Government acquisitions (FAR, DFARS)
• Experience working in a Production and Development environment
• Demonstrated success in leading geographically dispersed teams

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
