Description:
You will be the Training Development Engineer (SA/IT Systems) Level 4 for the Skunk Works® MDCX Autonomy Platform which is responsible for developing and delivering technical training on networking, systems administration, and IT infrastructure.

As the Training Development Engineer (SA/IT Systems) Level 4 you will be responsible for translating complex system behavior into practical, usable training for operators and maintainers. You will design, create, and deliver high-impact curriculum that empowers teams to operate the MDCX autonomy platform with confidence.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain an active Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related technical or instructional discipline (equivalent experience considered).
• Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to others (briefings, mentoring, training, etc.)
• Experience with networking concepts (e.g., routing, switching, network architecture)
• Experience with systems administration or IT infrastructure
Desired Skills:
• Experience with military, aerospace, or defense systems
• Advanced administration of Linux/UNIX and Windows-based environments.
• Background in instructional design or curriculum development
• Proven experience in Network Installation, configuration, and ongoing administration.
• Experience creating courseware or structured training materials
• Active CompTIA Certification
• Formal training development experience is not required; candidates with strong technical backgrounds and an interest in instruction are encouraged to apply.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
