ServiceNow Technical Administrator
Location: Aberdeen, MD
Required Clearance: Top Secret

Job Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of ServiceNow requirements.
- Supports the configuration, customization and implementation of applications.
- Supports acceptance criteria definition, and implements software quality assurance and user acceptance testing functions.
- Collaborates with Technical team to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc).
Required Skills:
- SNOW technical/Dev and Admin support experience (for support of multiple version upgrade to latest Zurich version).
- Ability to work with DBA for technical updates required
- Must be able to work on-site in SCIF for upgrade.
- Role Staffing - Immediately; 4 month duration.
