Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to design, implement, and manage IAM solutions that enhance security, streamline operations, and meet organizational goals. This role focuses on defining and securing identity frameworks, deploying and integrating access management solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define the IAM framework and architecture to meet business needs and ensure compliance with security standards and performance goals.
- Implement joiner/mover/leaver scenarios for customers using a persona/role-based implementation strategy.
- Document the implementation of IAM security controls and oversee the transition to managed IAM operations.
- Coordinate with customers, operational stakeholders, and internal teams to align on IAM requirements, standards, and end-state implementation goals.
- Ensure the secure and efficient management of identities, roles, and access privileges across cloud and on-premises environments.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Expertise in integrating IAM systems with platforms such as Saviynt and Azure Active Directory.
- Proven ability to document and transition IAM implementations to managed operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of IAM standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with IAM and PAM solutions in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Implementation experience with PAM solutions such as Saviynt, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust.
- In-depth knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
