This position will be based at Ashburn, VA

Responsibilities:

• Functions as an Expert Level Lead Solutions Architect (LSA) leading the development and integration of highly advance Information Technology solutions in both structured enterprise and tactical environments
• Innovates and develops enterprise strategies and solutions in the areas of:
  • o Network infrastructure including wired and wireless (primary)
    o Network VoIP infrastructure(secondary)
    o Mobility (tertiary)
    o Cloud management (supportive)
    o Defensive cybersecurity (supportive)
    o Identity Management (supportive)
• For solicitation bid activities, the LSA will architect and author network infrastructure offerings centric to CISCO and Aruba and mobility offerings, and some supportive cloud offerings, cybersecurity related activities; analyze problems related to network engineering; and provide engineering and technical direction in developing highly advanced implementable solutions
• The LSA performs high-level, strategic planning for architecture tasks and activities that are broad in nature and are concerned with enabling systems design, integration, implementation, and sustainment, including hardware, software, and user support activities that translate into written proposal material as authored by the LSA and follow-on implementation to be conducted by Telos Operations
• The LSA reviews and approves design, development, implementation, and testing activities of hardware/software development teams as required to meet new opportunity and product requirements and works with internal and external stakeholders to approve these requirements
• The LSA takes a substantial role to author, review and approve proposal technical responses, Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Lists of Materials (LOMs) and white papers in support of Requests for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and internal business unit objectives
• The LSA briefs potential customers on technology, architecture and Telos network and mobility solutions to increase probability-of-win on solicitation bids

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• DoD 8140 Cyber IT Workforce compliant
• Expert Level Certifications relevant to one or more of the technology areas listed in "Responsibilities" (i.e. CCIE, ACX, etc.)
• BS Degree in technical discipline (required) with 12-15 years of experience
• MS Degree in management/technical discipline (preferred) with 9-11 years of experience
• Active Secret or above Clearance desired
• Extensive background in Network Engineering centric to CISCO
• Demonstratable understanding of DoD Information Technology acquisitions
• Experience in implementing network security operations concepts, incident response concepts, network monitoring solutions, and vulnerability management concepts as applicable to areas listed in "Responsibilities"
• Strong written and verbal communications-presentation skills
• Ability to interact with and present to C-Suite and Senior-level customers
• Must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship
