Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO)

This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end program security execution for the GDMS GMI Program
- Oversee Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and classified room security compliance (SECRET-level environments)
- Coordinate and approve visitor access requests and classified meeting logistics
- Ensure Program Protection Implementation Plan (PPIP) integration into all program activities
- Partner with Facility Security Officer (FSO) to manage program security operations and team coordination
- Facilitate secure communications protocols, including CUI handling and classified communication channels
- Coordinate with SDA and external stakeholders to establish and maintain required personnel access
- Manage SIPRNet token lifecycle and CAC card issuance/maintenance
- Administer access to systems and facilities including:
- SIPRNet / CAC
- Secure rooms and program spaces
- Track and maintain program personnel roster and access authorizations
- Ensure timely provisioning and deprovisioning of access for personnel
- Support and track security training requirements for program staff
- Serve as Point of Contact (POC) for security incidents, events, and reporting
- Interface with FSO, PMO, and government customers to resolve security issues and ensure compliance
- Support JRIC communications and Naval LIFT access coordination
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance preferred at time of hire
- 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
- Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) experience
- DoD security regulations and classified program support
- CUI and classified information handling (SECRET/TS environments)
- SIPRNet, CAC, and secure access management
- Program security compliance and audit readiness
- Personnel security tracking and access control systems
- PPIP implementation and secure program operations
- Agile experience preferred
