The MIL Corporation is seeking a Financial Analysis, Director to support a Federal government client in Arlington, VA.
This position currently requires a hybrid schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supports new project for the Department of State - CGFS/BFSS Sector that spans across several different Bureaus.
- Provides SharePoint and Automation support
- Establishes standards and procedures
- Builds organizational capacity aligned to the strategic vision.
- Grasps the external environment and impact on business.
- Directs subordinate managers
- Responsible for achieving critical organizational objectives that impacts MIL's reputation and financial performance

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with SharePoint administration and workflow/automation tools
- Ability to develop standards, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desired Qualifications
- Industry certifications (PMP, CGFM, CDFM, ITIL, or Microsoft)
- Experience with the Department of State
- Knowledge of federal financial reporting, internal controls, and audit readiness
- Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives (Lean Six Sigma, RPA, data visualization)
