Job Description

Summary

The MIL Corporation is seeking a Financial Analysis, Director to support a Federal government client in Arlington, VA.

This position currently requires a hybrid schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Supports new project for the Department of State - CGFS/BFSS Sector that spans across several different Bureaus.
  • Provides SharePoint and Automation support
  • Establishes standards and procedures
  • Builds organizational capacity aligned to the strategic vision.
  • Grasps the external environment and impact on business.
  • Directs subordinate managers
  • Responsible for achieving critical organizational objectives that impacts MIL's reputation and financial performance

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with SharePoint administration and workflow/automation tools
  • Ability to develop standards, procedures, and governance frameworks
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desired Qualifications
  • Industry certifications (PMP, CGFM, CDFM, ITIL, or Microsoft)
  • Experience with the Department of State
  • Knowledge of federal financial reporting, internal controls, and audit readiness
  • Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives (Lean Six Sigma, RPA, data visualization)

Clearance

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to a Top Secret (TS) clearance as required.

For this position, the projected compensation range is $167,000 - $177,151.36 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
