Clearance Required: SECRET

Required Education: MA/MS degree. Allowable Substitution: Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

Required Experience: Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. With a minimum of 7 years of experience supporting NAVAIR and/or Naval Aviation Enterprise.

Desired Experience: Experience in program management, accounting, business finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organizational management.

Functional Description:
Tekla Research requires a Senior Program Analyst familiar with all aspects of a product's build and program execution including responsibility for the schedule and technical performance. This position will act as the primary contact for program activities, lead program review sessions with the customer, and interface with the end user on requirements, solution sets, and deliverables. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordination with external stakeholders which integrate into the development cycle of Adversary Mission Systems. Aviation Operations and NAVAIR experience is desired along with a strong history of multi-disciplinary project management.
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Performs various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems.
