Serves as the primary technical interface between customers and development teams, designing and presenting tailored solutions that align mission needs with technical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand mission requirements and technical needs
- Design and present solution architectures and technical approaches
- Develop and deliver demonstrations, briefings, and proof-of-concepts
- Provide technical guidance during pre-sales and implementation phases
- Translate user feedback into actionable requirements for development teams
- Support onboarding, training, and adoption of delivered capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing or technical solution roles
- Strong understanding of software systems, APIs, and integrations
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a TS clearance
Preferred qualifications
- Experience delivering technical demos and presentations
- Familiarity with REST APIs, system architecture, and data structures
- Basic scripting or programming experience
- Understanding of cloud environments and SaaS delivery models
- Experience supporting DoD or IC customers
