Description
- Design and document end-to-end business processes, including workflows and KPIs
- Partner with business owners to define requirements, process improvements, and standardization
- Lead functional ownership of Oracle EBS modules and ensure cross-functional alignment
- Support Agile/Scrum teams to ensure solutions meet business and DoD requirements
- Conduct and present system demos, blueprinting sessions, and CRPs
- Perform design assurance and quality reviews prior to deployment
- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions aligned with enterprise standards
- Collaborate with technical teams on RICEFW objects, integrations, and data requirements
- Mentor stakeholders on Oracle EBS functionality and business processes
- Serve as a senior SME for Oracle EBS and DoD operational workflows
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle EBS (Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Financials, or related)
- Strong knowledge of DoD business processes and systems
- Proven experience in ERP transformation and process architecture design
- Experience leading requirements gathering, blueprinting, CRPs, and design reviews
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of integrations, data governance, and enterprise architecture
- Oracle EBS certifications
