JOB TITLE: Content Site Manager, Senior
LOCATION Fort Belvoir, VA
SALARY: $125,000-$160,000 (Compensation is dependent upon qualifications and experience)
EMPLOYEE TYPE: Full-Time Salary Exempt

Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client.

The Work

The Content Site Manager, Senior provides oversight, strategy, and lifecycle management of digital content across one or more organizational web properties. This individual is responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of high-quality, accessible, and user-centric digital content.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in aligning business processes and technology platforms to enable efficient information sharing among analysts and organizations to support analytic production.
  • Utilize centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems to shape and optimize workflow and business processes.
  • Compile and submit regular reports on performance and usage metrics, as well as future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities-including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage, retrieval of data, and formal production and tasking processes.
  • Disseminate intelligence products across multiple, distinct networks and portals to ensure timely access and distribution to authorized users.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph.
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
  • Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
  • Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
  • Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
  • 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years.
  • Advanced Experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Associates degree with 7 years' experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years' experience in an intelligence discipline

Working Conditions
