SALARY: $105,000-$140,000 (Compensation is dependent upon qualifications and experience)
EMPLOYEE TYPE: Full-Time Salary Exempt
Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client.
The Work
The Intelligence Sharing Specialist is responsible for facilitating and optimizing the sharing, dissemination, and exchanging intelligence data and products among various organizations, agencies, and partners. This position ensures that information flows efficiently, securely, and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the secure and timely sharing of intelligence data and products across authorized organizations, systems, and networks.
- Develop and maintain processes and technical solutions to enhance information flow and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all security, privacy, and policy requirements for handling sensitive or classified information.
- Serve as a liaison among stakeholders to resolve information sharing challenges and maintain effective communication.
- Track and report on intelligence sharing activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training and support on information sharing protocols, systems, and best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- 4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery.
- 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
- Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.
- Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years.
- Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Minimum Skills:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Associates degree with 7 years' experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years' experience in an intelligence discipline
