We are seeking a hands-on Power Platform Developer (AI / RPA SME) to support a mission-focused program in Hampton, VA. This role is focused on building automation solutions, working directly with users, and demonstrating tools in real-world operational environments.
This is NOT a project management role — we are looking for someone who actively builds applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and deploy solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Develop workflow automations and process improvements for mission teams
• Conduct live demos and hands-on sessions with end users
• Translate operational needs into technical solutions
• Build proof-of-concept automations in real-world environments
• Support integration of AI and RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, etc.)
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Candidates with an active Secret clearance eligible for upgrade will be considered
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience building workflows, forms, or automation solutions
• Ability to work directly with users and explain technical concepts clearly
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in DoD or federal environments
• Exposure to RPA tools (UiPath or similar)
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 integrations
• Familiarity with AI tools or automation concepts
