Northrop Grumman is looking for you to join our team as a Pricing Analyst Level 2 in our Business Management department. The selected candidate will become an integral part of the Multidomain Sensing, Targeting and Survivability (MSTS) Division Pricing & Estimating team tasked with providing guidance and support to the business unit activities. This position will be located on-site in Rolling Meadows, IL
What You Will Get To Do:
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for developing and executing pricing strategy across the organization's product portfolio. You will partner closely with capture and proposal teams to create data driven pricing and win strategy solutions, build and maintain accurate, compliant pricing files, and analyze data for quality and regulatory adherence. You will also lead initiatives that streamline pricing workflows, improve data integrity, and embed best practice processes throughout the company while supporting both tactical and strategic decision making. A core part of the position involves coordinating the planning, scheduling, and execution of proposals in response to customer Requests for Proposals, ensuring that each submission contains current, complete, and accurate information and that estimating system compliance and schedule adherence are maintained. The role demands strong analytical and quantitative skills, effective cross functional collaboration, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80A. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Primary Level Salary Range: $72,400.00 - $108,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting related experience - OR - a Master's degree with 1 year of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting related experience
- Experience in pricing, finance, contracts, business and/or business operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools/applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced Excel skills is highly preferred.
- Prior Price Estimating experience
- Experience with ProPricer
- Experience with Cost/Price Analysis
- Experience with Data Analytics
- Experience creating and delivering presentations
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other U.S. Federal Government contracting regulations
