Northrop Grumman (Mission Systems Sector) is actively recruiting a senior-level Cyber Intelligence Analyst team member in support of an existing long-term Government Program Office to work in Washington D.C. We're looking for highly motivated, team-oriented, individual with the ability to communicate/coordinate highly technical analysis directly with the customer and distributed team members.

Function:
  • • Performs as a Consolidated Collection and Analysis Strategies (CCAS) facilitator embedded within OUSW (I&S)/Collection & Special Programs (C&SP)/Hard Targets Branch.
  • • Responsible for organizing multi-agency Communities of Interest (COI) and facilitating the development and execution of integrated multi-INT collection and analysis strategies in air/land/sea/cyber/space domains against hard intelligence problems.
  • • Conduct outreach and fosters collaborative partnerships with DoW and Intelligence Community (IC) organizations to formulate efficient and coordinated responses.
  • • Host inter-agency meetings to synchronize collection against current analytical priorities.
  • • Work with stakeholder organizations to compile intelligence gaps and scope a CCAS; research various collection requirement databases to capture multi-INT collection postures and identify areas at risk for collection shortfalls.
  • • Facilitate COIs to exploring creative methods for non-traditional intelligence collection to ensure that warfighter, policymaker, and other decision-maker intelligence needs are being met.
  • • Produce high-quality products, support presentations by government analysts, provide recommendations and written updates with findings for senior US government intelligence officials.


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct all-source intelligence research and evaluates technical information on specified hard target issues; enables multi-domain, multi-INT intelligence operations
  • Provide analytic support to planning, execution, and assessment of intelligence operations in air, land, sea, cyber, and space domains
  • Enables multi-agency intelligence assessments and presentations based on research and analysis of classified and open source information
  • Present recommendations and findings to senior US government officials


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree plus 14 years of relevant experience, Master of Science degree plus 12 years of relevant experience, or a Ph.D. plus 9 years of experience.
  • Experience utilizing all-source intelligence to conduct research, analysis, and
  • reporting on multi-level security networks
  • Familiarity with SIGINT and GEOINT enterprises
  • US Citizenship is required
  • Active Top Secret Clearance is required with the ability to obtain SCI access.
  • Must be willing to submit to a polygraph if needed.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and present technical approaches and findings
  • Strong communicator and able to frequently conduct outreach to external organizations
  • Previous experience working intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Proficient in writing executive-level summaries to senior US government officials
  • Aptitude to work independently without significant oversight or instruction; ability to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems proactively and effectively
  • Experience with Special Access Program/Compartmented Access Program procedures
  • Knowledge of SIGINT enterprise processes for submitting intelligence needs, tasking, reporting requirements, database research, and dissemination
  • Knowledge of GEOINT tasking processes, collection platforms, sensors, and dissemination
  • Familiarity with intelligence collection requirements management (CRM) or collection operations management (COM) processes


Primary Level Salary Range: $161,000.00 - $241,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
