Description:
You will be the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Battery Lead for the THAAD Missile Defense Team. Our team partners with the Royal Saudi Air Defense Force (RSADF) to operate, maintain, and emplace the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system, ensuring readiness in accordance with IETMs, Technical Manuals, and U.S. Army material maintenance standards.

What You Will Be Doing
As the CLS Battery Lead you will steer a small, high performing logistics crew (2 5 members) while serving as the primary point of contact for RSADF leadership. You'll spend 2 4 years deployed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with intermissions at Fort Bliss, TX for pre deployment training and sustainment planning.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the CLS liaison to RSADF operational leaders, delivering clear status updates on THAAD maintenance actions.
• Supervising, mentoring, and directing daily activities of CLS personnel to meet U.S. Army Material Maintenance Management criteria.
• Providing field and sustainment level maintenance support for all THAAD equipment stationed in KSA.
• Coordinating the maintenance and sustainment program-including service scheduling, system upgrades, and modifications-on behalf of the RSADF.
• Performing troubleshooting and repairs beyond the Enhanced Operator/Maintainer (EOM) level.
• Communicating technical information verbally and in writing with precision, ensuring RSADF understands requirements and ongoing work.
• Building trust through open, candid communication with RSADF, U.S. Government representatives, and Lockheed Martin leadership.
• Leading transition training that shifts maintenance responsibility from CLS to RSADF maintainers.
• Receiving guidance from the RSADF Commander, disseminating priorities to the CLS team, and reporting maintenance status and administrative needs to senior leaders.
• Requesting Engineering Reach Back support for complex issues and documenting resolutions.
• Conducting daily maintenance briefings with the RSADF Commander or designated representative.
• Escalating critical events promptly to leadership to protect mission planning and execution.
