Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Experience managing complex, multi-installation alarm systems, including system administration, remote troubleshooting, and the integration of alarm data with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) or similar emergency response systems. 2. Experience in alarm system data management, including tasks such as data migration, conversion, integration between platforms, or new system deployment. 3. Proficiency in spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel to perform complex data preparation and analysis, demonstrated by experience in linking, cleansing, and consolidating data from multiple sources, and using advanced functions (such as PivotTables, lookups, and data models) to structure and format datasets for successful migration into a database. 4. Experience coordinating the maintenance, testing, and commissioning of alarm systems with stakeholders such as alarm technicians, emergency dispatch personnel, and management. 5. Experience developing technical documentation for IT systems, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system workflow diagrams, or user training manuals. Education
All Specialized experience may be substituted with the following education:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
All academic degrees and coursework must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions

- Manage account access to systems by controlling user access to the databases.
- Develop problem tracking databases for trend analysis.
- Investigate existing information technology (IT) systems to identify potential issues.
- Develop maintenance manuals for information technology (IT) system users.
